Roles and Responsibilities
• Confirm the dimensions written on the drawing before starting the work piece.
• Use proper tools in doing the work to avoid any accidents.
• Regularly clean the working area before and after the shift.
• Perform regular checkup of machine to maintain precise measurements on work piece.
• Report to tool room supervisor daily activities and job completion.
• Conduct and attend monthly tools preventive maintenance.
• Monitor mould and tools spare parts.
• Keep adequate records and report periodically to supervisor.
• Attend new projects on tools commission.
• Any other job assigned by the line manager.
Qualification : Diploma in Tool And Die manufacturing
